Elementary September Week 4 - We Can Ask God Our Questions
Posted: 9/26/2020
Hello SCC Kids and families,
It's officially Fall! I love Fall so much, especially the cooler weather. What is your favorite thing about Fall? You can share your answers at next weekend's elementary zoom party. That's right, it's time for September's Zoom Party! Woohoo! We'll have games, worship, and don't forget the big monthly prize drawing! Last month was an amazon gift card. I wonder what it will be this month...Guess you'll have to come and find out! Don't forget to practice that memory verse for an extra entry into the drawing.
This is week 4, the final week in our Wise series. We've been learning about what it means to be wise and how we can ask God for wisdom when we aren't sure what to do. This week we are learning that we can ask God all our questions. Do you ever feel nervous or silly asking a question? Maybe you're too scared to ask, like at school or ask your parents something. God shows us that it's good and wise to ask questions. We can ask God our questions first and he will help you find the answer. Sometimes the answer is clear, sometimes we get answers in surprising ways. Just have faith and keep your eye out, God will show you the way.
I hope to see all of you at the zoom party! Let your parents know I'm still looking for volunteers for our New Building Parent Panel. Have an awesome week SCC Kids! I love you and God loves you too!
Love,
Ms. Brandy
