Preschool November Week 2 - I Am Safe Because God Watches Over Me

Hello SCC Pre and Kinder friends!

It was so great to see some of you at our zoom party last weekend! Wasn't it fun getting to meet and talk with Doggie Dan?! I know he had a great time at our party as well. If you couldn't make it, don't worry, we will have another one next month. Mark your calendars for the first Sunday in December. We'll have a special holiday zoom party!! Hopefully soon after that we'll be able to meet and have parties in person in our new building! I can't wait for that, how about you?

This month we are learning about songs from the Bible called Psalms. One of my favorite Psalms is Psalm 23 and guess what we're learning about this week...Psalm 23! Do you know what a shepherd is? A shepherd is a person who takes care of and guides sheep. God is like our shepherd. Psalm 23 talks about how God is our shepherd and how he takes great care of us. Whenever you are feeling scared, sad or lonely, you can think of this Psalm and remember that God loves you so much and will always take care of you!
